Summary0000931: Add play from cursor/stop command
Description

I'd be extremely helpful for me to be able to play from the cursor and stop with a single button. Currently playing from the current position and stopping requires a user to use separate keys/combinations.

Additional Information

Ideally this should be the default behavior of "Play from the cursor position", since there's little to no use/need for this command to be retriggered on every keypress (unlike "Play from pattern start" or "Play from song start")

EDIT: Actually i see where current behavior might be usable, i.e. if you have "Follow Song" disabled and want to move between and check various parts on the song quickly, but still there should be a separate mapping for proposed functionality.
