Summary	0000073: Envelope loop off by one.
Description	In instrument tab, envelope loop seems to omit last point by one unit, unlike envelope sustain. This is troublesome when hand-making arpeggios.
Steps To Reproduce	In this song, go to instrument 4, pitch envelope and switch between loop and sustain.
