Description

Audio sometimes skips when starting playback.

Tested with Realtek ALC662 and ESS 1969.
This seems to happen only with the ALC662 and only with DirectX output.

Steps To Reproduce

Spam the F5 key.

Since libopenmpt doesn't have an F5 key, I suppose this ended up in the wrong category? Also, I don't think there has been any change in the device handling very recently (in the last half year or so), so when is "recently" approximately? Being too lazy is no excuse for trying previous releases to confirm when it started, especially since it might just as well be a driver bug.

Welp, it turns out it's the 'Period' setting in sound audio option set to low value(5ms, I think) not playing well with the ALC662/its driver.
Please excuse half-arsed bug report.
