Ah I see. No immediate problems that I can think of. Just seems like a bug initially until you become aware of the change/issue.

I have changed the behaviour so that note keys are not imported from the default keymap. This should prevent awkward keymaps where two keys are mapped to the same note, which can definitely be confusing. Please test: http://sagagames.de/stuff/mptrack.exe

For an existing keymap where this automatic addition has been done before, you will still have to manually unassign the automatically added keys, but they won't get added again. All other shortcuts are still added.
