Summary0000364: Hxx vibrato with NES VST 1.1 doesn't work when using Export as Wave
Description

Hxx vibrato with NES VST 1.1 (VSTi) works fine in normal playback, but when rendered as a wave file the vibrato disappears.
When tested with another VST instrument (Surge) it renders fine... what gives? NES VST seems to have a strange base pitch when used in OpenMPT, maybe that has something to do with it... Although, maybe this is a bug in the VSTi instead of OpenMPT.

Steps To Reproduce

Add NES VST 1.1, add some notes with Hxx vibrato, render as a wav file and compare to regular playback.

Additional Information

VSTi: NES VST 1.1 (http://www.mattmontag.com/projects-page/nintendo-vst)

I begin to see a pattern here... All plugins that have this issue are made using SynthMaker. I'll close this issue as we already have two other ones dealing with SynthMaker plugins.
