Description

While it's very useful to have volume envelope reset on noteless instrument, it doesn't seem to be IT behavior.
Tested with IT, XMplay and foo_dumb.

Steps To Reproduce

Patterns 2 and 3, first 6 channels of attached tune.

It has just come to my mind that you can still "abuse" the old behaviour by placing portamento commands next to the instrument numbers (in compatible Gxx mode). IT will retrigger the envelope in that case.
