Description

Trying to place a point beyond the length of the envelope editing window is a pain. It slowly advances when you push it forward and goes back completely if you make even the slightest move backwards.

Have the dragged envelope point not move crazy-fast when moving it past window length and dragging it even slightly to the left.

As of r22237, the snap-back behaviour is finally gone as the area of the scrollable area is no longer updated immediately.
