Description

OpenMPT locks when I move separator pattern at the beginning of pattern list.

Please provide more detail on what you are doing to cause the lock / crash, because I can't replicate it here. I took a song and added a separator pattern at the beginning, so that the orderlist would read "+++ 0 1 2", but it played as expected, song length estimation also worked fine.

After a bit more testing, it turns out that the separator has to be followed by empty pattern.
[+++][---][ 1 ][ 2 ][ 3 ]......

Rev 1279 / OpenMPT 1.20.01.03 should fix the issue. Test http://sagagames.de/stuff/mptrack.exe to confirm.
