Summary	0000227: Compatibility Mode for S3M files
Description	ScreamTracker 3's playback engine has many quirks which are supported by OpenMPT but not by other players, so S3M tracks made f.e. in Impulse Tracker can sound wrong in OpenMPT. It would be nice to also have a compatiblity mode for S3M files (just like for IT and XM), which is automatically enabled when loading files made with ST3/OpenMPT 1.20+ but disabled when loading files made with other trackers.
