Summary0001891: Unclamping tempo to 32 bpm doesn't unclamp it (.IT)
Description

Okay my first bug report is that it says that 1.32.00 is current testing and there's nothing for 1.33 :).
But actually, Fmod for some reason when playing an IT module with commands that go below tempo 32, it'll actually go under there and bottom out at 1 instead of 32. Winds of Fjords on Roblox was one of those songs spawning the "glitchy note", but doing some math that didn't really make sense, so I wanted to do some testing, I tried using tick speed commands, but felt like doing it through having the tempo actually go under 32 would be more insightful. So I clicked on the checkbox to "Clamp tempo to 32-255 range" to uncheck it, but when I tried playing it didn't go under 32? Saving and reloading, ticking and unticking, none of that stuff worked, so if you could fix it that'd be nice!

Works as designed. The compatbility setting exists for earlier OpenMPT versions which would allow tempo slides to exceed 255 BPM in IT and XM. They never could go below 32 BPM. We're not here to fix or emulate FMOD bugs.
