Summary	0001824: Add warnings when saving from .FAR to .S3M
Description	This feature will warn to you when saving S3M module did not play this song correctly. Warning Message: When you saving from Farandole Composer (FAR) to S3M have custom rows is detected (Row != 64). Are you sure to convert to IT? Otherwise will be added C00 effect command.

FAR is not the only format that allows for shorter patterns that gets imported as MOD/S3M, and warning the user about something OpenMPT is perfectly capable of doing automatically is annoying. Which it does now as of r21788.
