Summary0001824: Add warnings when saving from .FAR to .S3M
Description

This feature will warn to you when saving S3M module did not play this song correctly. Warning Message: When you saving from Farandole Composer (FAR) to S3M have custom rows is detected (Row != 64). Are you sure to convert to IT? Otherwise will be added C00 effect command.

Such an oddly specific warning message is not fixing anything. FAR is not the only format that allows for shorter patterns that gets imported as MOD/S3M, and warning the user about something OpenMPT is perfectly capable of doing automatically is annoying. Which it does now as of r21788.
