Summary0001790: choosing or adding VST doesn't change screen or show settings
Description

When i add a (any) VST to the plugin list, if i select that plugin, it doesn't show it in the selected list, and if i set any settings globally, like to run a mastering plugin across the whole mix, it doesn't change on the screen.

Steps To Reproduce

go to fx 1, and add a vst, then go to fx2, and add another one, it shows either nothing or the contents of fx1. also try changing mix settings, and it doesn't show clicked checkboxes though it does actually run the plugin across the mix as far as I can tell.

I believe this might be the same issue as 0001789 which was just fixed. As a workaround for the time being, you can go to Advanced Settings, find the "HighResUI" setting, set it to 1 and restart OpenMPT. Does that fix the issue? Note that as a result, plugin GUIs may appear smaller if they don't have their own way of coping with Windows UI scaling. If this fixes the issue but plugin GUIs are now unacceptably small, you can also instead try the setting that can be seen down in the comments of issue 0001789.

You can now also set the update channel to "Next" and check if the fix from the other issue works for you.
