Summary0001716: ImpulseTracker modules with a pattern length less than 32 do not trigger MPT Hacks check
Description

Despite not being able to be opened properly in Schism/ImpulseTracker 2, and being impossible to do in each, respectively, modules with a pattern length less that is less than 32 do not fail the "Check for MPT Hacks..." for that pattern.

Additional source: https://archive.org/details/ImpulseTrackerIIUserManual/page/n5/mode/2up?view=theater&q=pattern+length

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a pattern with a length less of 31 in OpenMPT
  2. Open it in SchismTracker (states the header is corrupt)

This is incorrect. Modules with patterns shorter than 32 rows open and play fine even in Impulse Tracker. Hence this is not considered to be a format hack, because it is being doing within the limits of the original format (like ~~ Note Fade notes) and not an extension extending the capabilities of the format.
