Summary0001523: Option to hide/show different columns in the pattern.
Description

There is already something similar (Low Pattern Detail, Medium Pattern Detail and High Pattern Detail), but if I only want to see the column of the notes, I have to put it in Low Pattern Detail, but I have to see the column of the instruments. It would be nice if there are four options (Note Column, Instrument Column, Volume Column and Effect Column), which are enabled by default, and when you disable them, the disabled column will no longer be displayed in the pattern.

r22106 implements the possibility to toggle the visibility of the instrument, volume and effect columns. I don't really see a practical use case for hiding the note column, but in theory that can be added back later (but it will make things a bit more complex because right now we have a nice guarantee that there's always at least one visible column). There are also (unassigned) keyboard shortcuts for quickly toggling the visibility of a column.
