Summary0001332: Soundfont percussion instruments always C-5
Description

When using percussion instruments from a soundfont, now all the drums are mapped to C-5 instead of the correct pitch (e.g. Electric Snare should be E-3, but now it just maps to C-5) Also happens when importing a MIDI.

I can confirm this and I think it is related to the changes made in OpenMPT/soundlib/Dlsbank.cpp for 0001320 (see attached pic with the code section or click the link below):
