ModPlug/OpenMPT is not supposed to support FamiTracker modules. That's why FamiTracker exists for this purpose. Unlike most PC- (and Amiga-)based module formats, FamiTracker relies entirely on soundchip emulation. And only as of recent, OpenMPT supports OPL2/3, because its a feature of ScreamTracker 3 modules (and has been extended to MPTM). So, I don't think there's actually any reason and demand to support it. |
