| Description | I am not from English speaking countries.But OpenMPT only have English version.This problem has obstructed me from making music.I wish OpenMPT can have multi-languages support.Such as French,Russian,Chinese(simplified and traditional) etc. Then more people from non-English speaking countries can use this excellent software(I used Google translator) | ||||

It's one of the oldest feature requests for (Open)MPT but it simply won't happen with the current UI code; The MFC toolkit is terrible at i18n. Once we switch to a different UI toolkit like Qt (which is required for cross-platform support), i18n will be easier to implement too. But for now this is not going to happen, sorry. |

I know this adds nothing to the core of the topic but i firmly stand by opinion that everybody should be willing to learn English, at least the basics, otherwise you're crippling yourself in countless ways |
