Description	Multichannel MODs should probably not be using the Amiga resampler, especially not those that have notes outside the Amiga frequency range. We need to be able to set SONG_ISAMIGA more freely in the loaders.

Saga Musix 2017-07-30 18:11 administrator ~0003121	Behaviour changed in r8668: Generic Multichannel MODs and MODs with non-Amiga notes do not enable Amiga Resampler anymore. Converting XM/S3M/IT/MPTM to MOD only enables the Amiga Resampler if the channel count is 4 and there are only notes within the Amiga limits.
