Summary	0000928: Automatically open the song that is on Recent list 1
Description	I'd love it that when I start MODPlug Tracker, it automatically opens the song that is on the recent list at the first spot. In the advanced settings, I found a Load at Startup tweak, which is disabled. I enabled it, but apparently it does something else. Maybe it starts OpenMPT when windows starts... Dunno, I use a shortcut for that. Would be awesome if the most recent song automatically gets loaded so I can press the powerbutton, get a drink and when I get back, I can start working on a song.
Steps To Reproduce	Open a song, make an edit, save the song. Its now on #1 on the recent list. Close OpenMPT. Open it again. Without any action, Modplug should now load that song.
