Summary0000083: Mix Paste-ing alters existing FX Commands
Description

Mix Paste-ing should paste data into blank fields, leaving existing data untouched. However, this is not the case, at least with Command FX (in the fourth column) that contain values of 0.

Steps To Reproduce

Assign notes with command FX at random or constant intervals in a channel, leaving some blank fields between FX commands (the example below uses Fxx).

In a separate channel, create an interpolated set of other FX -- in this case we're using Zxx.

Now copy or cut the Zxx data (source), then Mix-Paste it into the channel with the Fxx commands (target). The Fxx data with 00 values will not be deleted but will be corrupted by the source data.

This is fully intentional. If you don't like this behaviour, please use "Mix Paste (old IT Style)" instead of "Mix Paste", as this paste mode does the exact opposite in the situation described.
