| Summary | 0000819: S2x effect is missing (in menu) in impulse tracker format | ||||
| Description | It doesn't not exist in mptm too. I can paste it in it/mptm, but it just doesn't work. Like S1x it wasn't implemented in impulse tracker, but S1x works fine in mpt. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | http://www.zimagez.com/zimage/2016-06-2011-11-16.php I can't change slider value. | ||||

| has duplicate | 0001920 | closed | Missing S2x finetune command on IT/MPTM mode |
Set Finetune is only correctly implemented for MOD/XM-like formats. The current implementation for IT/S3M is not sensible (since it resets the middle-C frequency to 8363+/-x), and neither Impulse Tracker nor Scream Tracker (nor any other major module player) actually implement the command, so I'd rather expose it as little as possible. |
What does Set Finetune actually do, though? (Or rather, what is it supposed to do?) |
