In general I think it's time to resize the settings dialog to add more space for a few new options that could be useful for recently-added or improved features:

Display:

• DPI-awareness: None, System, Per-Monitor. I really would love to make the latter the default but with various broken plugin GUIs it might not be possible.
• Default configuration for visible pattern columns. In particular a visible option to turn off the volume column for MOD files.

Keyboard:

• Distinguish Left/Right modifiers
• Make the possibility to assign a key combination to more than one shortcut a non-hidden setting?

Advanced would certainly benefit without any redesign necessary :)

Sound Card could benefit from longer fields for ASIO channel names.
Other than that, I do not think any additional redesign of Sound Card would be useful.

No idea about other tabs.

Settings dialog was widened a bit, and adding about two more rows worth of content in height as of r22329. This is a first step, seeing how the new space can be used for the needed adjustment. I'd say there is enough space for the channel names of my ASIO devices, at least.
