Summary0000748: Idea about Axx command in MPTM format
Description

Just noticed that Axx command not work in MPTM in modern tempo mode. I'd suggest change object of Axx from set ticks/row to set row/beats in that mode. It would be very usefull to control time signatures and do more accurate edits in same pattern.

The Axx command works as intended in modern tempo mode. Please read the chapter on tempo modes to understand how modern tempo mode works and what the Axx command does:

You can already change the rows per beat setting for each pattern using the pattern properties, so there is no need to introduce yet another command for that.
