Summary0000730: MOD looppoints broken
Description

During playback of a .MOD module (regardless in what it was saved in before), the loop point of a sample is disregarded until it plays once. This is if it starts at point 0.

Steps To Reproduce

Loop a sample from point 0 to whatever value (something sensible), and then play it.

Additional Information

Not very good for Soundtracker samples that rely on point 0, including ones with different endings such as a flange kind of effect (it is sometimes needed for a sample that will be used with set-offset).

Has the bug occurred in previous versions?Only of OpenMPT. ModPlug 1.6 doesn't disregard.

This is an intended behaviour because ProTracker does the same (so called one-shot loops). You will have to disable ProTracker 1/2 mode, which gets automatically activated for modules that look like they were made with ProTracker or some other Amiga tracker (i.e. 4 channels, C-4 to B-6 note range).
