Summary0000691: Blacked-out text under General tab
Description

After scrolling down to see the plugins options, under 'Mix Settings', the 'Expand' toggle is blacked out from the point where it was off screen before scrolling, and the 'Dry Mix' toggle is fully blacked out. When the scroll bar is not at the top, all of the mix settings toggles become completely black on mouse-over, and all of the buttons become outlined on mouse-over. After scrolling back to the top, all bugged settings will return back to normal on mouse-over.

The attached image shows the effects of scrolling and mousing-over all of the settings except 'Expand', and the buttons in the first channel.

The bug persists through all files and sessions.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Select the general tab under any module.
  2. Scroll down any amount.
  3. Mouse over toggles and buttons.

It's definitely not a general issue, I never saw it on Win 7 and also not in a Win 8 virtual machine. Can you try decreasing hardware acceleration (see e.g. http://www.thewindowsclub.com/hardware-acceleration-windows-7) and see if it makes a difference?

My graphics card does not support hardware acceleration. I tried updating my graphics drivers and restarting my machine, but that didn't help. This isn't a particularly troubling issue, so I can easily ignore it. Thanks for the help.
