Description

In Famitracker, it is possible to transpose notes with ctrl+scrollwheel when you select them, I feel this would also be a useful addition to OpenMPT.

I took the liberty to extend this to cover all selected columns (not just notes), so that it is identical to the already existing "Data Entry" shortcuts. Ctrl+Shift+Scrollwheel is then identical to "Data Entry (Coarse)", i.e. the increments/decrements are larger (e.g. one octave for the note column).
