How likely do you really think that is going to be, given that I requested this <em>myself</em> almost 6 years ago and still haven't gotten around implementing it?
Hint: "Please implement this feature soon"-kind of bugging isn't going to help.

(That said, the wav export code has been greatly improved so it would be slightly easier to implement this now than it was, say, two years ago.)

The status of this issue is still set to "new". If there were any news, the status would be "assigned".
Hint: There are 160 open issues, and we do not have time to implement them all at once, so they are prioritized by whatever we want to work on or what is considered to be urgent. This, however, is not an urgent issue. It's just a nice-to-have to make your workflow easier.

It works amazing. Would be great to have an choice so which sample slot to render, but its fine as it is. Thank you.

My initial issue with choosing sample slots was that it doesn't work in a sensible way with per-channel and per-instrument export. In r5306 I've added a sample selection box which is only accessible when those two modes are disabled.
