Description

When OpenMPT is updated to new version, if a keyboard shortcut is not assigned, it sets to the included default. I use to set 'Esc' key to unassigned, and turned more often with recent updates, e.g. closing plugin's windows using 'Esc' the song gets stopped.

Well, this is in direct contradiction to 0000004. Make a suggestion how to make both your and that other (IMHO far more important) issue work together.

I guess one possible solution would be to add a new "dummy" shortcut which doesn't do anything, so when you assign e.g. Esc to this shortcut, the default shortcuts wouldn't be able to grab it anymore.

The "dummy" shortcut suits excellent!, I just read the related issues, and your proposed solution will solve my request, without interfering the automatic keybindigs.

r4188 adds a dummy shortcut to the global list of shortcuts.
