Description

In XM, when playing a song, notes higher than E-7 were not reproduced correctly and stay playing as E-7.

Steps To Reproduce

OpenMPT 1.19.00.16
Build Date: Dec 18 2010 20:01:56

  1. Download PyroZane - The Outer Limits (http://home.online.no/%7Ek-troea/PyroZane/Modules/PyroZane%20-%20The%20Outer%20Limits.xm)
  2. Replay paterns of position 12-15, you will notice the issue.
Additional Information

In Instument and Smaple editor also happens this bug.
Compare it with v1.18.03 and XMPlay.
Playback of the same patterns in XMPlay and OpenMPT 1.18RC0 are very similar.

It actually doesn't depend on the note alone, but also on the tranpose value of the sample. Seems like the note limit is off by one there, or something. Will check later.
