| Summary | 0000534: S3M and MOD “Last Saved with” Tracker Information in Module Properties | ||||
| Description | We all know that OpenMPT had that in XM and IT, and there might be a possible feature that will be included in the next version of OpenMPT for S3M and Protracker MOD files to know which tracker was used in the Module Properties. | ||||

No. OpenMPT will never ever add hacks to existing file formats again. Besides, OpenMPT already tries its best to determine the kind of tracker that was used to save MOD files (you cannot get any more specific than OpenMPT currently gets, to the best of my knowledge), and for S3M files you can already see all possible S3M trackers that I'm aware of and that identify themselves. |
