Summary0000526: Screamtracker channel pan jittering around
Description

Hi there,

just noticed that the default channel pan on s3m files jumps around after saving and re-opening.
Knew this for a while, but never had the urge to report it - mea culpa.

Of course, this might be a (compatibility?) feature (not really fluent with Scream Tracker), but since I could not find any issues dealing with s3m pan here or an explanation in the help file, I thought it might just be... Wrong. :/

Greetings, kopper

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new s3m file.
Change the initial pan on channels 1 to 4 to something random between 0 and 255.
Save.
Re-open.
Watch the mess.

S3M only has 4-bit default channel panning, meaning that the values displayed in the GUI have to be rounded to the next possible values. If you need to set up more precise panning, use the Xxx command (not supported by ST3 IIRC but then again, who writes S3Ms with panning and ST3 in mind at the same time...)
