I had this problem for years in the 32-bit versions as well, and actually bridging it seemed to help for me. I consider the JS plugins to be buggy => Cannot fix anything.

By the way, it can help to use a higher latency when using JS plugins. I mostly had this issue when using low-latency ASIO, but less so when using e.g. WaveOut with 100ms back then.. The real solution, though, is to not use the JS plugins anymore, except if you want to listen to old legacy projects.
