Description

Yet another x64-only bug.
Imported samples from sound banks get 8363Hz frequency or some other value that also is incorrect.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open a sound bank.
  2. Drag an instrument into the sample editor.
  3. Look at the Frequency option.
Additional Information

This only happens on x64. x86 tested, works fine.
