Description

When navigating in channels' effect column, the cursor is not smooth.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open a module or create a new one.
  2. Navigate to the effect column of a channel.
  3. Navigate to the next channel or a previous column in the same channel.
Additional Information

It should be noticed that the cursor does not move smoothly upon navigating in the effect column.
I noticed this with the 64-bit build, but have not tested the 32-bit build.
