Summary0000487: export dialog disappears when swiching between programs during export
Description

during song export, if you switch to a different program then switch back to ModPlug, the export dialog disappears

Steps To Reproduce

export a module to mp3 or wav (or possibly anything else)
minimize Modplug during export
bring up a window in Windows Explorer
switch back to ModPlug while it is still exporting
effect: the export progress bar is gone as well as the cancel buttons that goes with it, forcing you to wait until the export is completed before doing anything; unable to see export progress

Hmm, I cannot reproduce the problem with the exact steps you gave, however I can somehow trigger this by clicking the OpenMPT window in the taskbar (in order to minimize it and bring it up again) which sometimes causes the progress window to disappear for me. I can reproduce this even with versions earlier than 1.22.07.00.
I think the issue should be fixed in r3851 now. At least, it does not behave insanely for me anymore. Can you please check if http://buildbot.openmpt.org/builds/auto/openmpt-win32/openmpt-win32-r3851.7z works for you?
