Summary0000467: converting .mod to .it then back to .mod causes crash
Description

if you convert .mod to .it then decide you want it .mod again, and convert it back to .mod, it causes ModPlug to crash (OpenMPT Has Stopped Working)

Steps To Reproduce

open a .mod module
convert it to .it
convert it back to .mod
now try to remove the empty samples that were created when you went to .it
ModPlug crashes

I cannot reproduce that, so how about you provide an example file with which it crashes?
If OpenMPT didn't try to rescue broken files, it is very likely that it wasn't actually the conversion process that crashed it but rather something completely else.
