Summary	0000432: Channel Record GUI Button
Description	To improve workflow. There should be a button on each channel to enable recording or not. As it is right now it is a bit tedious to go into the menu or to have to shift select each channel. It's also a bit faster than the channel manager when composing in the pattern editor since it's directly available.
