Summary0000425: all ModPlug exported MP3s will not sync to ActDisk MP3 player
Description

any exported mp3 in ModPlug will not sync to a ActDisk mp3 player, error details read that "mp3 type not supported"

Steps To Reproduce

export any module to mp3 and try to sync to an ActDisk mp3 player, WMP errors that it is not a supported type of mp3... only ModPlug exported mp3s have this issue

Does it also happen if you disable "include song information" prior to export? MP3 is a standardized format, and OpenMPT does not write the MP3 files by itself, it uses LAME or whatever you have installed to create MP3 files - the only custom writing that's happening are the tags. And if said player doesn't support ID3 v2.4 tags, well, that's too bad, but certainly not my problem.

Then you might have to try a different bitrate, playback rate (if you aren't already using 44100 Hz) and/or encoder. As said, OpenMPT does not write the MP3 files, the encoder does that - if there's a problem, it's with your encoder, not with OpenMPT.
