Summary | 0000418: MIDI Import makes wrong Events in the Pattern. They are not in time.
Description | When I import a MIDI File, the Events in the Pattern Editor are not perfectly. I use a simple MIDI File with only one Channel, one Instrument and around 50 Events. Its a Piano Riff only. But sometimes, between an Event is only one Line break and sometimes there are two Lines.
Steps To Reproduce | File -> Open -> *.mid Play.

OpenMPT's MIDI import is poor and it never claimed it to be any different, and there is no intention to improve this anytime soon. However, there are alternative softwares to try, as described in the manual: http://wiki.openmpt.org/Manual:_Module_formats#The_MIDI_format_.28.mid.29 |
