As a web search for this error would have revealed to you that this problem is not specific to OpenMPT - it can happen with any program. I think I have seen this happening especially when a program takes too long to load, Windows will think that the program doesn't accept the file in that case or something. A solution would be to open the program before opening any files from Explorer, or to remove unneccessary plugins / DLS banks / ... that could slow down OpenMPT, or to get a faster computer. |
