Summary	0000399: .med files open weird
Description	OpenMPT has trouble dealing with some .med files, like not opening them at all or some samples being rendered as pops/clicks.
Additional Information	Attached are some .med files to test. song0.med - From Amiga Columns, nearly all samples are pops/clicks. song2.med - From Amiga Columns, appears to be normal. song7.med - From Amiga Columns, won't open. ending.med - From Woody's World, some samples normal, some are pops/clicks.
