Description

I recently switched from MilkyTracker to OpenMPT about a month ago. There is one feature from milkytracker that isn't in openmpt though that I would like.

There isn't a way to save an envelope and then use it later for maybe another song. I know you can copy paste envelopes but you can't save them for future use

http://i.imgur.com/uEXPAZB.png in milkytracker, the buttons next to "predef" are volume envelope saves. You can create a volume envelope and then save it to one of the buttons.

the save system doesn't have to be like that but just an envelope save system would be nice.

Why stop at volume envelopes? Why not save pitch/filter and panning envelopes as well? (Either as separate or as join files.)

r4815 introduces a load and save button in the envelope editor. Please let me know how you like this approach.

In r4829 you can now also drag&drop envelope files from Explorer.
