Description

Ok so I have this old .fc tracker file lying around on my pc
i really want to open it and listen to it again
But there are no trackers that support this file format.
Is there any way to open this file with openMPT?

There is currently no support for Future Composer files and documentation on the format seems to be sparse, but I'll see what I can do.

I just had a look and it seems that Future Composer has both samples and synth playback. A sample-based format would have been a no-brainer, but synth-based AMIGA formats are too complicated to implement at the moment. However, there, are many ways to play FC files: DeliPlayer, XMPlay (using the xmp-delix plugin) or using Future Composer on an Amiga (real or emulated through WinUAE).
