Summary	0000375: Clipboard Manager window attributes
Description	I think it would be great if one could resize and max-/min-imize the ClipMan window. It would also be great if MPT remembered its position on exit, reopening it if it had been left open on last visit. Also, the "toggle clipboard manager" shortcut only turns it on, it doesn't switch it off.
