Description

a fixed bug has returned in ver 1.21.01.00... level 2 DLS banks are silent again

Steps To Reproduce
  1. drag and drop a level 2 DLS bank that was already added from a previous version of the program (added when the bug was fixed)
    effect: the DLS files are silent again

No, it's not the same bug as before, because the soundfonts you provided back then still work. So when will you learn to provide examples for reproducing the bugs you report?

I can't find an old version of OpenMPT which would have loaded the DLS file correctly. I haven't done any changes to the DLS handling since the previous report by you got fix, so I guess you are imaginating things and this file never worked with OpenMPT.
Also, this is a DLS level 1 soundfont, so the recent DLS2 fix has nothing to do with this file. Don't claim things that you don't know to be true, you are just making my life hard.
