Summary | 0000325: Problem with Pause / Resume command
Description | I have noticed that the "Pause / Resume" command has to be selected twice to start playback after the "Stop" command has been used. When you initially open a song, it works as expected the first time and only needs to be selected once for playback to begin, but any time you use the "Stop" command subsequently it must be selected twice. Also, for some reason the problem does not occur when "Loop Song" is checked. I'm not sure how long this issue has existed, but it seems to be present in the current test build and at least the last couple of official releases as well.
Steps To Reproduce | Open a module, make sure that "Loop Song" is unchecked, select "Pause / Resume" or any other play command, select the "Stop" command, and then attempt to use "Pause / Resume" again.

Yeah I know about this, I have not managed to figure out why it happens, though. |

Well, for what ever it's worth here's what occurs to me. Since it is a pause/play toggle, it almost seems as if the "stopped" flag is either not being set or read correctly so that when you hit "Pause / Resume", it attempts to pause instead of resume. Of course this still wouldn't explain why it doesn't do it when "Loop Song" is checked. |
|
Revision 1478 should fix this (when Loop Song is off at least), check http://sagagames.de/stuff/mptrack.exe |
|
Yep, seems to work fine now whether "Loop Song" is checked or not. Thanks. |
