Description

some instruments are missing in various midis that are imported into modplug

Steps To Reproduce

open modplug

import midi

press play and there are instruments in the midi that don't appear in Modplug

I readded this bug because a new version of ModPlug was released since this. I figured it would have been fixed in the new version...

Do I really have to explain the basic function of an issue tracker?
Once and forever: Only issues marked as "resolved" (those with a green background) have been fixed or implemented. As long as they have a different colour, nothing has been done about them.
