Summary	0000266: increase volume in large samples (4+ minutes) crashes program
Description	when I increase the volume multiple times in a large sample that is longer than 4 minutes, the program crashes
Steps To Reproduce	open a midi in modplug, import a sample longer than 4 minutes (in this case a lyrics wav) under 'new instrument' put the sample at the top in a new channel (channel 33) press play increase the volume by 105% repeatedly (doing this step multiple times)while it's playing watch the program crash
