Description

I really love the template functionality.

I'd love it even more if a new toolbar button can be added next to the new button that will pop-up the submenu from the file menu; open template.

The icon can be a the same as the new button, with horizontal lines added to indicate that its a written document.

For a long time already I think it would be convenient to have a dropdown button next to the "New" toolbar button, for specifying the format of the newly created tune. If I'm going to implement that at some point, I'd add the template sub menu there as well.

I have now added templates as a sub menu to the dropdown on the New button in r20543, soon downloadable from https://builds.openmpt.org/builds/
