Summary0000208: Duplicate pattern name with pattern
Description

Currently, if a pattern is duplicated, its name is left blank. Could be handy if the name was duplicated too.

Maybe append a cascading suffix number to the name or detect existing numbers, so if you create a pattern named "MyPattern.001", the duplicate would be called "MyPattern.002"

Pattern names were indeed not copied over. Revision 1135 should fix this. Please test http://sagagames.de/stuff/mptrack.exe to confirm.

Confirmed: the pattern name now duplicates when duplicating a pattern.
